Rental & Sale
All scaffolding rentals are governed by our standard rental agreement, including terms for security deposit, minimum period, loss/damage recovery and return condition. Sales are ex-warehouse Bhopal unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Erection performed by third-party crews must follow our method statement and manufacturer instructions. We do not accept liability for scaffolds erected outside our supervision or modified after handover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
